এই লেসনের Activity

তাই এই লেসনটি ভালোভাবে অনুশীলন করলে ভবিষ্যতে বিভিন্ন ভাষাগত দক্ষতা মূল্যায়ন পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ তোমাদের জন্য সহজ হবে।
ছবি থেকে কিভাবে Fact খুঁজে বের করতে হয়
– ছবিটি ভালোভাবে লক্ষ্য করতে হবে। ছবিতে যা দেখা যাচ্ছে, তা চিহ্নিত করতে হবে।
– এভাবে শুরু করতে পারো: ‘In this picture…’, ‘There is… or There are…’, ‘The image depicts…’
– ছবিতে যে ঘটনা ঘটছে তা present continuous tense এ বর্ণনা করতে পারো: ‘The man is …ing’
– ছবির কোন অংশে কি দেখা যাচ্ছে, তা বর্ণনা করতে ‘At the top of the picture’, ‘At the middle of the photo’, ‘next to’, ‘near’, ‘under’, ‘behind’, ‘in front of’, ‘on the left’ ইত্যাদি ব্যবহার করতে পারো।
চলো দেখে নিই, What facts does the photo depict? এই প্রশ্নটির উত্তর আমরা কিভাবে তৈরি করতে পারি। ছবিটি ভালোভাবে লক্ষ্য করি এবং ছবির বিষয়বস্তুগুলো গুলো চিহ্নিত করি।
– “Nation Martyr’s Memorial” (জাতীয় স্মৃতিসৌধ),
– “Trees” (গাছপালা),
– “Flag” (পতাকা),
– “People” (মানুষ/জনগণ)

The photo depicts the Nation Martyr’s Memorial of Bangladesh. It is called the “Jatiyo Sriti Shoudho” in Bengali. I see numerous trees just behind it. A national flag of the country is waving right in front of the monument. The memorial is surrounded by a group of people.
এবার দ্বিতীয় প্রশ্নটি দেখা যাক।

ছবি দেখে কিভাবে Opinion শেয়ার করতে হয়
ছবির যে বিষয়গুলো পরিষ্কারভাবে বোঝা যাচ্ছে না, তবে ধারণা করা যাচ্ছে, সে বিষয়গুলো তোমার Opinion হিসেবে বলতে পারো। এ ধরনের বক্তব্য দেয়ার সময় ‘It looks like…’, ‘I think…’, ‘May be it is a…’ এভাবে শুরু করতে পারো।
What would you do if you were present in this special moment এই প্রশ্নের sample answer–টি এমন হতে পারে:
If I were present there, I would express my deep gratitude and respect for the martyrs who had sacrificed their lives for our independence. I would also spend some time observing the memorial’s extraordinary architecture and design.
তোমরা নিশ্চয়ই জাতীয় স্মৃতিসৌধ সম্পর্কে আরো অনেক কিছু জানতে ইচ্ছুক। তাই তোমাদের জন্য জাতীয় স্মৃতিসৌধ নিয়ে কিছু Fact এবং Opinion শেয়ার করা হলো:
The National Martyrs’ Memorial of Bangladesh is situated in Savar, near the capital city – Dhaka.
It is a memorial dedicated to the memory of the martyrs of independence in Bangladesh.
The monument is composed of seven triangular walls.
It was built considering these seven consecutive events – the Language Movement of 1952, the East Bengal Election in 1954, the Movement for Constitution in 1956, the East Pakistan Education Movement in 1962, the Six Point Movement in 1966, the 1969 East Pakistan Mass Uprising, and the Liberation War in 1971.
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman laid the foundation stone of the National Martyrs’ Memorial on December 16, 1972.
The construction of the monument was completed in 1982. The architect of the National Memorial is Syed Moinul Hossain.
In my opinion, the National Martyrs’ Memorial is a symbol of our sacrifice for independence.
It is a sign of our cultural identity. It symbolizes our sacrifice, courage, and pride as the Bengali nation.
The monument will serve as a place for paying tribute to the martyrs for the generations to come.
When visiting the monument, I feel very proud and connected to the country’s history.
